This role is all about broad commercial property work including development work, in a friendly, well resourced team.

Acting for a variety of clients the work encompasses:
- Property Acquisitions and Disposal (Commercial, Retail and Industrial);
- Property Development;
- Leasing (Commercial, Industrial and Retail);
- Retirement Villages - Structuring and Leasing;
- Conveyancing; and
- Drafting non-standard contracts, tailored to client needs
You will need to be an experienced property lawyer, ideally at the cusp of or at SA level, who is focused on providing clients with commercially focused service and advice.
