The Firm
Our client is a well respected national mid-tier firm that works closely with clients across Australia and internationally within a number of key industry sectors. Their commercial and corporate team have enjoyed steady growth across the years and have recently attracted a number of larger firm type clients looking for better value without a compromise on the quality of legal advice they are getting.

The Role
Matters handled can cover broad ranging commercial issues such as commercial agreements, mergers and acquisitions, Joint Ventures, ASX listing advices, IT projects, procurement and supply agreements and more.  

• Cross-border transactions,
• Advise on ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act compliance,
• Capital raisings,
• Acquisitions and disposals

Skills and Experience
An opportunity has opened that would ideally suit a 2-3 year PAE lawyer. The successful applicant will have a suitable background in corporate or commercial work, including familiarity with the Corporations Act. You will have solid academics and will be a confident and competent communicator.
