Working closely with Partners, Lawyers and a team of Property Law Clerks you will be primarily responsible for managing the conveyancing process for large property developments.  
  
Some of your responsibilities will include ….
  

• Managing and maintaining your own files
• Developing relationships with clients
• Maintaining database
• Preparing and attending settlements
• Preparing and processing regular client reports

  
Skills and experience we'd love:
  

• Demonstrated experience as a conveyancing clerk handling large property developments in a Law Firm
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills at all levels and a strong client service focus
• The ability to multi task and manage differing priorities
