The firm

My client are a boutique firm with an expanding estate planning team who are looking for a strategic thinker, driven to finding solutions for our clients.

This role would give you the opportunity to work with a leading partner and his very experienced team in this area. The role will involve working with private clients who have very complex estates, often including trusts, family businesses, shares and much more.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about estate planning and work towards providing the assurance to our clients that their affairs will work to suit their needs.

The Estate Planning Team

• preparing estate planning documents
• drafting of trusts
• worked on complex estate plans for HNWI
• probate experience (an advantage but not essential)
• family provision act claims (an advantage but not essential)

You

• good drafting skills with attention to detail
• understanding of how trusts can work to benefit a plan
• communication and relationship building
• experience working in a similar role
• time management skills
• financial housekeeping
