Marsdens Law Group is a highly respected firm that has been established for over 50 years.
Based at our Campbelltown office you will be part of our energetic and driven Dispute Resolution team and will work closely with the partners
Your role will involve a challenging mix of drafting, research, advice and court work across a number of areas in disputes raised in various forums.
As the successful applicant you will have:
- demonstrated relative experience in commercial litigation/dispute resolution.
- highly skilled negotiation and drafting skills, relative to experience.
- a strong work ethic and self awareness and an ability to provide high quality client service, attention to detail and effective time and file management skills.
- a down-to-earth attitude and common sense approach.
