We help Australian businesses, both small business and large enterprises, to safeguard your cash flow and minimise your risk. Established in 1960, we have over 50+ years experience in debt recovery services and can offer you a range of credit management services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contacting debtors to follow up outstanding payments;
- Liaising with clients;
- Drafting letters of demand;
- Drafting Statements of Claim;
- Issuing Legal Proceedings;
- Obtaining Default Judgement;
- Working in a team environment; and
- Enforcing Judgement Debts.
Skills and Experience:
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proactive, solution focused attitude;
- Customer serviced and orientated;
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently;
- Results driven however ethical and professional at all times;
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- Excellent time management and good working knowledge of MS office;
- Intermediate computer skills required; and
- Must to qualified to work in Australia without restriction.
