Tagma works for banks and trustees preparing properties for sale and managing on-going trust properties. Our team is looking for skilled individuals to work with our high quality, professional file managers. The present team includes property managers, admin managers, real estate agents, builders, law graduates and law students. Whilst these sorts of skills are helpful, none are essential.
Key Criteria:
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to deal with banks, trustees, contractors and agents
- Be able to manage a significant number of properties in your portfolio
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great note taking skills
- Proficient with computers, particularly Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Would suit someone looking for a more diverse job description involving property or a person re-entering the workforce after some time off
- Some property background would be helpful but not essential
- Minimum 2 years office experience (although 20 years is ok too!!)
CBD Location, Full Time position with no evening or weekend work!
