About the role:
Joining a team of successful conveyancers, they are seeking a Vietnamese speaking Conveyancerto provide an additional level of high quality service to their already successful business model. 

About you:

• Smokeball experience preferred.
• PEXA would be an advantage.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Fluent Vietnamese is preferred but not essential.
• Team player.
• Good communciations skills both written and verbal.

Role responsibilities will include: 

• Running files end to end with minimal supervision across Off-the-Plan and residential files 
• Preparation of all necessary documents such as Contract of Sale, s32/s27,  Statement, Transfer of Land, Concession forms, Discharge Authority.
• Assistance in the settlement process using our conveyancing system from start to end of a file.
• Ability to review contracts for prospective purchasers.
• Booking in settlements.

About the firm:
Our client is a busy conveyancing practice located in the western suburbs.  They are now seeking an energetic conveyancing clerk to join the existing team.  You will be joining a pro-active business who in return will mentor and help you grow professionally.  A down to earth approach is their motto!  Friendly, respectful and vigilant. 

You will have at least 3+ years experience working for an established Legal/Conveyancing firm. You will also have strong attention to detail, great interpersonal skills, be confident and have the ability to work within a busy environment.
