Our client, a highly-respected, successful and rapidly growing general insurance broking group, is seeking an experienced Broking Manager to support an established and fast growing network of Authorised Representatives across NSW.
This is a dynamic and progressive organisation with no red tape and offers plenty of autonomy and challenge for a highly experienced general insurance professional.
You will be rewarded with a high level of satisfaction by contributing to the growth of your AR’s individual businesses and supporting them with operational and compliance issues, developing strategies for continued business growth, managing insurer relationships and marketing challenging risks to insurers within Australia and overseas.
The successful candidate will have exceptional leadership ability, a strong work ethic, be sales savvy and sound technical general insurance knowledge across all lines, with a high level of interpersonal and negotiation skills. You will be highly motivated, corporate presentation, have the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with strong organisational and planning skills. Insurance qualifications and a minimum of 10 years General Insurance experience (preferably in broking) in the Sydney market is essential.
