Due to high demand across the market, Bluefin Resources is working on multiple claims opportunities across Sydney CBD.
The role will involve:
- Case managing a portfolio of home & contents claims
- Processing claims
- Respond to customer enquires
- Providing excellent customer service for all internal and external customers
Ideally you will have:
- At least 1 years' claims experience, however this is not essential. Strong contact centre / call centre experience is acceptable
- Experience from working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Natural problem solvers
- Show empathy in different situations
- Experience of having difficult conversations with customers
- Decision making skills
- Resilient nature
