Our client is a very successful brokerage with a reputation for excellence. We are seeking an Assistant Account Executive to work in conjunction with a Senior Broker on an established commercial portfolio to join this dynamic team in their modern offices.

This role is ideal for someone who is looking for career progression, a succession plan will be put in place to ensure you are exposed to account management with your own portfolio in the near future.

Your responsibilities will include but not be restricted to;
• Following up on renewal progress including recommendations, emails and endorsement requests
• Obtaining quotes or a completed Needs Analysis from Account Managers
• Preparing Renewal Manuals as necessary 
• Processing endorsement and adjustment requests from clients
• Making sure all debtors are up to date 
• Keeping all records in a compliant manner
• Completing Monthly Activity Report and Training Register Monthly       
• Any ad hoc duties required by the other Account Manager

To be considered for this role you will ideally have;
• Experience in a supportive broking role
• Excellent attention to detail, administration and customer service skills will ensure you excel in this role.
• Tier 2 qualification essential, Tier 1 desirable 
• Winbeat and/or Sunrise experience desirable
