About the Role
We are seeking experienced, professional, data entry megastars!
Your key responsibility will specifically be data entry and data transfer of motor vehicle insurance related cases. This position is responsible for fast, extremely accurate data entry support, for the AAMC team.
Key responsibilities
- Data entry and transfer between office systems
- Working with multiple insurance software systems
- Zero error rate
Skills & Experience
- Experience with AudaBridge or EstImage highly desirable but not essential
- Working in the back end of office systems
- Motor Vehicle Insurance background highly regarded
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook
- At least 2 years' experience a busy office environment
- Data entry minimum 10,000+ keystrokes per hour
- Typing Speed 60-70 + wpm and keyboard skills within a database software application
- Customer service desirable but not essential
- Capable of working within tight time frames
- Management of own work to accomplish targets
- Task orientated and driven to work independently
- Strong oral, written and visual communication skills
