I'm currently working with a Top tier brokerage who want to add to their growing Melbourne team. 

This Multi national firm are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage their own account and drive the growth strategy. Core responsibilities will include but are not limited too;

• Build long standing relationships with a range of Underwriters and Insurers 
• Previous experience managing a Corporate Commercial portfolio
• Large focus on retention of clients, as well as placing multiple risks
• Take charge of the renewal process 
• Long term career progression on offer

Ideally you will have:

• • Year 12 Certificate
• • Business School Graduate (desirable)
• • Tier 1 Certificate Insurance Broking or Diploma of Financial Services Insurance Broking or progressing towards completion (3 years work experience in lien)
• • Minimum 5 years’ experience insurance broking and financial services industry
• Experience with Global Programmes preferred but not essential
