Exciting opportunity to join a well known insurer in their brand new Pyrmont offices.
Your new company
You will be working with a leading general insurer in a well-known company, they are a household name known for their reputation of providing outstanding service to customers and delivering on their customers insurance needs. In addition to having a strong presence in the insurance market, they pride themselves on an inclusive and collaborative work culture.
Your new role
As an Assistant Underwriter you will being involved in the culture and business, participating in projects outside of normal underwriting duties, processing referrals and renewals, online trading. Achieving SLA’s while providing strong customer service via phone, email, or web based enquiries
What you'll need to succeed
You must have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and have the ability to build rapport with customers and maintain a good working relationship. If you believe you have strong interpersonal skills and at least 12 months experience in the insurance industry this is the role for you.
What you'll get in return
In addition to a competitive salary of $65-75K base depending experience, you will receive 13% super contribution and a 10% KPI bounce incentive. You will be working Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm in the brand new Pyrmont offices.
