We are seeking an experienced and client focussed Assistant Account Executive to support our Victorian Corporate Team.
  
Responsibilities will include:

• Assist with preparation of client renewals, new business tenders and other business as required;
• Day to day administration support for the Victorian Corporate Team;
• Client and Underwriter communication;
• Active participation in national and state based business development opportunities and campaigns;
• Delivering on client expectations within agreed timeframes;
• Management of client files on Office Tech;
• Management of own small SME portfolio;
• Attend client meetings as required.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Experience in the insurance industry;
• Tier 1 Broking;
• Sound time management skills, and experience working to tight deadlines;
• Proven success in managing competing priorities;
• High level Word and Excel skills;
• The ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships (internal and external);
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), especially demonstrating confidence in dealing with Corporate businesses.
