Top Life Insurance company seeking a Team Manager to provide technical expertise and coaching to a team of Case Management professionals and support customers during time of need to deliver exceptional customer service. This role will require experience in complex claims, TPD, and IP.
Candididates best suited for this role will have several years experience in life insurance, positive customer service feedback and demonstrate empathy, and respect to every customer. This role will require mentoring, coaching, and leading Case Consulants to achieve annual business targets.
Will be required to:
- Exemplify contrmporary case management in thoughts, words, and actions, and actively reflects on how own behaviours encouage this
- Provides Advice and guidance to less experienced colleagues
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
