Account Executive | General Insurance | Sydney
 
Due to one our team members being promoted within our Sydney Global & Corporate team we have a new opening.
 
This is a unique opportunity for someone who has worked as an Insurance Assistant Broker, Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive, supporting SME, Commercial or corporate clients.
 
This role offers personal development opportunities and mentorship from experienced insurance brokers who will guide you through the full insurance life cycle of our interesting client groups.
 
Key responsibilities will also include:
 

• Providing day to day support to our senior insurance broking staff within the business as you help to service a range of clients
• Personally responding to daily client queries and attending client meetings 
• Preparing insurance policy documentation including renewals, certificates, manuals, correspondence, insurance declarations and complex premium calculations.
• Providing mentorship to junior colleagues within the team

 
About you:
 

• You will have general / commercial insurance experience
• A desire to work amongst a collaborative team who are extremely service focussed
• Great attention to detail with ability to prioritise whilst managing multiple tasks 
• Ability to meet strict deadlines within a supportive and team focussed environment
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders, in writing, over the phone and in person
• Tier 1 qualification is required
