About The Role
Role Location: 347 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000
Role Type: Permanent (40 hours per week)
 
As a Superannuation Consultant, you will be responsible for the actioning of member requests which will involve the administration of tasks such as maintenance, contributions, and withdrawals with the occasional requirement of making outbound-calls, by utilising exceptional customer service skills to deliver an iconic customer experience.
  
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Strong Customer Service experience
• Previous administrative experience will be an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good investigative/problem solving skills    
• Proven success in time management
• Legislation knowledge of Super, Pensions and Investments will be an advantage
• Logical thinking and problem solving abilities
