THE ROLE

• Be responsible for managing a complex commercial/corporate claims portfolio and provide expert damage and loss assessment and advise on coverage and quantum
• Investigating, surveying and assessing complex commercial (including strata, ISR and manufacturing) and some large domestic insurance losses through to final settlement
• Providing ongoing and reliable advice to internal claims stakeholders – your advice will be sought after and relied upon by the claims team
• Investigating claims by interviewing stakeholders, obtaining documentation and conducting damage inspections
• Setting loss reserves & controlling costs
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships at all levels of the business, as well as clients and stakeholders

YOU

• Extensive experience as a loss adjuster including exposure to large losses
• Loss adjusting qualifications will be highly regarded but not essential
• Organisational skills to manage a diverse portfolio  
• Able to multi-task in a varied and challenging role, as well as effectively manage your workload
