Here’s where you come in…
Due to a recent internal move, we have an exciting opportunity for a new Education Manager to join an established team of client relationship professionals. Reporting directly to the National Manager Education, you will be responsible for the delivery of high quality, engaging seminars to our existing and prospective members.
While promoting the benefits of AustralianSuper, these presentations proactively educate, inform and engage the attendees. Targeted to specific segments (e.g. pre-retirement), they focus on achieving specific outcomes (e.g. seeking personal financial advice) that benefit our members.
You will also be involved in the continuous review, design and implementation of service programs, as well as ensuring the content is relevant and up to date.
You’ll need…
You have impeccable communications skills together with a high level of confidence in presenting, and are able to engage audiences while keeping in mind a variety of client education requirements.
In addition to PS146 and DFP 1-4, it is paramount you have similar experience from a previous role. You are confident with your technical skills in superannuation benefit design, insurance arrangements, legislation and successor fund transfers. You also possess deep product understanding of superannuation including defined benefit, risk, Centrelink, investment choice and pension based products.
With a hands on and operational approach, you have a client focused attitude.
