My client is a Superannuation and Investment specialist based in CBD. This is a permanent opportunity to join a team of 8.

The Role:

End to end case management of client transactions and exceptions
Provide phone based assistance and client facing for transaction processes
Processing transactions directly
Exception management
Case manages transaction conflicts and escalated workflows
Manage enquiries though inbox

The Person:

RG146 in Superannuation
Strong client services focus
Strong analytical skills, enjoys investigating issues
Excellent communicator (written and verbal)
Enjoys problem solving
Highly organised
