This is a unique position with a long established and respected Insurance Brokerage located in Burleigh Heads. ANZIIF Australia's Small Brokerage of the Year 2016 and 2017 along with a number of other industry awards demonstrating our dedication being the best boutique broker in Australia.
This role represents an opportunity for you to use your broking, customer service or underwriting experience to manage and grow a portfolio of domestic clients. We are a service-based Insurance Brokerage and as such it will be important that, like us, you also believe that providing outstanding service is paramount to a solid client relationship. This is fast-paced role and will require you to take full ownership of managing and growing the clients through very strong organisational skills. We currently have long standing relationships with our clients and it is imperative that you are committed to providing the level of service they expect.

Key Responsibilities of this role are:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Management of a domestic product portfolio
- New Business, Renewal and Premium Funding processing
- Assisting clients with policy queries and instructions
- Negotiating and building relationships with underwriters Ideally you
Ideally you will be, or have:
- Committed to developing a career in insurance
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
- Proven experience in retail insurance broking across a range of product classes
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- A willingness to learn and grow in our company
