Full Time Head Chef Position

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to run our kitchen, someone with advanced skills and who can bring innovation to our menu.

2 years minimum experience in head chef role within a café essential
Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for quality
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills and great work ethic is a must
Must be reliable and committed
Must be a permanent resident
Oversee the day to day operations of the kitchen
Menu planning
Stock control ordering supplies, food and ingredients based on rapidly shifting demands, maintaining inventory levels and conduct full weekly inventory
Someone available to start straight away highly regarded
Must be available weekends and public holidays.
Salary negotiable based on experience
