Our client based in the inner eastern suburbs is currently seeking a strong and energetic Chef de Partie to join their growing kitchen team.
With a focus on modern European cuisine, this multi-level space is a food lovers heaven, with a open kitchen, rooftop cocktail bar, function spaces and a deli/wine store.
As Chef de Partie you will be experienced enough to take control of prep, stock control, ordering and keeping the pace in your section during service periods.
In addition to this you will also:
- Be fully qualified Certificate III Commercial Cookery minimum
- Have 3 years experience with high end/produce driven menus
- Background in Italian cuisine favoured but not required
- Available to work a full-time hospitality roster with a mixture of days, nights and weekends
- Be up to date with latest cooking equipment and techniques
