We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our team!
This is your chance to lead and oversee the team in our Award winning The Butcher’s Bench restaurant and bar, as well as in room dining and Conferencing and Events. This is a hands on role managing the day to day operations of the business. The role requires the efficient delivery of food and beverage service whilst providing exceptional and memorable experiences for our guests.
As Team Leader, you will be responsible for the training and ongoing development of the team. You will need to be financially savvy as you will be managing labour costs and completing stocktakes on a regular basis. You are enthusiastic and motivated and want to excel in the hospitality industry.
You need to be flexible with the ability to work early starts, late evenings, weekends and public holidays.
