The Oak Flats Bowling Club are looking for an experienced Allrounder - Bar, Cellar and Gaming to join the team on a casual basis. This role is physically demanding, hours will fluctuate based on business demand. General duties of a All rounder

• Ordering, receiving and storing stock
• Monitoring stock movement throughout the venue
• Maintaining a safe and orderly workplace
• Minor maintenance
• Rotation of Stock
• Preparing and setting up of the venues bars and functions
• Adhering to WHS procedures 
• Ensure all keg and post-mix quantities are at acceptable levels to ensure consistency of operation
• Cleanliness of all cool rooms and associated stores areas
• Maintain tight security of all stock by ensuring compliance of all stores procedures by operational departments
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work early mornings,  late nights and weekends

Key attributes include:

• High volume multi facilitated venue experience required
• Knowledge of cellar operations
• Knowledge of Gaming operations
• Knowledge of Bar operations
