Our iconic South Yarra location is in it's second year and we are now recruiting an experienced venue manager to lead and drive our team of 40+ staff through to a new era.

We are looking for a passionate hospitality professional who desires a long term career within the Entrecôte team.
The succesfull applicant will have-
- At least 2 years in a similar position - extensive experience in bistro/fine dining restaurants
- A love & strong understanding of French food & wine
- Drive to deliver the highest standard of customer service, through breakfast, lunch & dinner services
- Excellent communication skills for staff, customers and suppliers
- Positive, motivated & systematic personality
- Valid RSA
- Flexible availability - weekends, days & nights
