Our Marketing department are seeking an experienced Customer Insights and Strategy Manager to strategically develop the Adelaide Casino business. Reporting to the General Manager - Marketing, you will build not only the existing business but assist in the planning for the Adelaide Casino Expansion.
To be successful in the position you will possess the following:
- Up to ten years experience working in an analytical position
- 5-10 years experience working within casinos
- Proven ability to impact on brand, business, marketing and customer experience strategies within
- The ability to lead a team of Analysts, providing direction and mentoring
- Ability to understand complex systems, processes and issues, with a high level of attention to detail;
- Understand key business priorities and drivers and deliver actionable insights or propose new areas for investigation
- Own customer and consumer data and advise teams across the organization to deliver key customer insights to make better decisions.
- Demonstrated experience implementing strategies to promote and drive growth and customer engagement.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary between $150,000 and $180,000.
