Gem Apartments Southbank is currently looking for an experienced Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team on a casual basis.
Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring the cleaning of the apartments is in line with the high standards of Gem Apartments
- Adhering to time frames set out by the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Ensuring a high level of presentation and customer service be carried out at all times
To be considered for this role, you will possess:
- Cleaning Experience essential
- Own vehicle - vehicle allowance available
- A high attention to detail
- Honest and reliable
- A demonstrated ability to provide, and passion for, exceptional customer service
- High level communication and interpersonal skills as you will be working with a fantastic team
- Flexibility to work a 7 day rotating roster - working shifts between 8:30am - 4:00pm.
IMPORTANT
You MUST:
- Have cleaning experience
- Have a car and licence
- Be available to work all days of the week.
- Not have restrictions on the amount of hours you can work.
- Be fit and able as this is a physical role and only suitable for those who have the stamina to maintain it.
- Have a passion for exceeding guests expectations
