We are currently seeking a confident, professional and well organised Guest Service Agent to join the front office team at Oaks Moranbah on a part-time basis.

In this hands on role, a typical day will include:

  • Ensuring that all daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner;
  • Conducting guest arrivals and departures;
  • Confidently providing personalised, attentive guest service, including pre-empting the guest's requirements;
  • Imparting your knowledge and recommendations about the hotel, its facilities and the local area;
  • Ensuring guest queries and complaints are handled efficiently and effectively;
  • Maintaining accurate guest accounts, adhering to strict confidentiality policies and procedures;
  • Finalising guest accounts, including cash handling;
  • Checking rooms prior to Guest arrivals;
  • Administration duties in the front office department.

 

You will have:

  • Availability to work Monday to Sunday on a 2 week rotational roster, 4 shifts per fortnight.
  • Professional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional, pro-active customer service.
  • Confidence & ability to work autonomously and unsupervised.
  • Confidence in dealing with guest queries and complaints.
