This funky and popular restaurant concept is on the hunt for an experienced Area Manager to join the team and make an impact in their specialty field.

The successful candidate will be hands on and dynamic in their approach - someone who can think on their feet and lead a young dynamic team to success. In this key role you will be managing multiple corporate stores and leading new store openings.

The Role:

• Leading, managing and building relationships 
• Managing and ensuring compliance in line with policies and processes
• Performance management and motivation of restaurant managers
• Labour and COG control measures
• Driving sales, market planing and execution
• New store openings
• OH&S experience with compliance and standard practise

Required Skills and Qualities:

• Multiple site experience
• You will have had experience with a full service, high volume restaurant model at a multi site level
• Financially astute - you will know your numbers!
• Influencing and persuading
• Business acumen and a proven track record of driving sales in a previous role
• You will have lead and built a high achieving team
• Planned and led new store openings in previous roles
• Highly motivated, driven and supportive
