About the role
Full Time & Part Time positions for are available to join the Bar team. You will be responsible for maintaining and upholding the beverage service standards that will help ensuring our guests have a wonderful dining experience.
You skills, knowledge and experience will be taken on board to help make the bar and beverage list to a beyond excellent standard.

Skills and experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience working behind the bar in all roles
- Coffee making skills are essential
- Cocktail knowledge & making preferred but we are willing to train and teach
- Basic wine, beer and spirit knowledge
- Italian food, wine and beverage knowledge a great benefit
- The ability to work hard and be part of a team helping each person out.
- A current Victorian R.S.A
- Great communication and personality
- To be motivated and bring in creativity
- Great attention to detail and to be proud of what they produce
