Audley Dance Hall is a cafe and events venue 5 minutes within the beautiful Royal National Park, 10 minutes from Sutherland.
The cafe can seat up to 150, operating 7 days per week from 8am - 4:30pm.
The upstairs Dance Hall operates predominantly as a stylish and restaurant inspired wedding venue for up to 200 seated guests.
We are looking for a Sous Chef to work with the Head Chef to develop menus for both the cafe and wedding sides of the business and manage a team of 6 chefs to deliver quality produce driven meals.
A focused yet relaxed personality is required, with a sense of humour, to fit into the team dynamic and be self motivated for the quieter week days and be able to step up for the busy weekends. Cook good food, work mainly day shifts, be in a team environment that is friendly and healthy.

Your own car & licence is a MUST as there is no public transport despite being 10 minutes from Sutherland.
Experience managing a team is essential.
More than 5 years cooking experience is required.
