Sous Chef required to join team in award-winning hotel in San Remo (near Phillip Island).
The Westernport Hotel provides a quality offering, including a 180-seat bistro, award-winning live entertainment, public bar and accommodation.
Successful applicants will:
- Have experience in a high volume environment across all areas of the kitchen, including pans, larder, and grill.
- Have experience managing the pass.
- Be passionate about food, with a desire to develop their skills.
- Be professional, level-headed & reliable.
- Be able to work in a small team.
