Sous Chef required to join team in award-winning hotel in San Remo (near Phillip Island).

The Westernport Hotel provides a quality offering, including a 180-seat bistro, award-winning live entertainment, public bar and accommodation.

Successful applicants will:

  • Have experience in a high volume environment across all areas of the kitchen, including pans, larder, and grill.
  • Have experience managing the pass.
  • Be passionate about food, with a desire to develop their skills.
  • Be professional, level-headed & reliable.
  • Be able to work in a small team.

Above-award salary package available. Accommodation available if required. There is great potential for staff training and career advancement among a group of venues that include hotels, a gourmet burger venue and a winery. Attractive working conditions and hours that will include a rotating roster including some nights and weekends.
