Casual Chef de partie (fulltime hours)
CAFE BRASS in Richmond is looking for a hardworking Chef to come and join our team on a causal basis.
Requirement and responsibilities for Chef de partie
- Great working conditions and pay
- Experience in receiving stock
- Worked on the grill section for a minimum of 1-2 years experience
- Attention to detail in plate presentation
- Needs experience in all areas of a kitchen
- A love of food and the willingness to learn
- cleaning and origination of your section
A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Chef de partie is required.
