The Role
We are seeking a driven Assistant Restaurant Manager in Melbourne's CBD & Inner suburbs with a positive attitude to work together with management to lead the from the front to ensure the on-going success of your team and the restaurant. You will have responsibility for the daily operations, budgeting and the monitoring of KPI's, staff rostering, team development and much more! If you have a passion and desire for the hospitality industry and thrive within a customer focused environment, this could be your next challenge!
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous restaurant or assistant restaurant management experience
- Thrive within a fast-paced environment and loves a challenge!
- You are all about creating the customer experience and strive to achieve
- Motivational manager with proven ability to lead a team
- Ability to manage and achieve set KPI's
- Passion for the hospitality industry and for healthy living!
The Benefits
On offer is an excellent salary of up to $55,000 plus super (depending on experience), along with great bonuses and incentives for reaching KPI's!
