THE POSITION
As Counter Service Staff you will be responsible for taking customer orders, high quality food preparation and providing excellent customer service, in a clean and safe environment.
The working environment will be fast paced, with an emphasis on delivering an exceptional customer experience every time and in a limited time frame.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivering fast, friendly and accurate service to all customers.
- Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times.
- Provide customers fresh quality food in a timely manner.
- Following critical standards for service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
- Promoting teamwork to achieve café goals so that assigned tasks are performed in a timely manner.
- Attending to customers' needs as a primary focus.
- Take orders and handle cash/credit transactions through Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist team members with keeping a positive and safe environment.
- Be part of a team, collaborate and have fun!
