About the Village
Ingenia Holidays Noosa is located in the popular Sunshine Coast tourist market, in Tewantin, Queensland. The community provides permanent homes and tourist sites. Accommodation includes caravan, camping and cabins. In addition, the community offers a range of services, including onsite retail, a petrol station, a cafe and a range of facilities with two swimming pools, jumping castle, games room and camp kitchen.
About the Position
The primary responsibility of the Housekeeping Attendant is to ensure the rooms within the community are clean and in an orderly manner as well as attend to the amenity blocks and common areas.
Responsibilities
As Housekeeping Attendant, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain a systematic approach to ensure all house keeping requirements are attended to on a regular basis and to a high standard at all times;
- Keep storage areas well-stocked, clean and tidy;
- Work in a positive team environment showing excellent customer service skills to guests.
About the Person
The ideal applicant will have the following skills and experiences in order to be successful in the position:
- Practical experience in a cleaning/housekeeping role;
- Experience working in a similar industry;
- Ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Well presented, well organised and a strong eye for detail.
- Must have own transport
