Senior Corporate Travel Consultant
- New corporate travel office opening in Melbourne
- Become the expert corporate travel consultant within the technology space
- Niche corporate travel company
- New office based in Melbourne
Senior Corporate Travel Consultant Role Includes:
- Liaising with Airlines and the travel booker
- Supporting clients with any questions relating to online booking technology and offering reservations advice
- Assisting client’s with finding most efficient routes, sourcing the lowest fares and making changes to existing bookings
- Handle all escalations with ongoing communication between the travel booker and internal departments.
- Ensuring optimum customer service capabilities, through the effective use of chat, email and telephone systems
What skills are we looking for in this Senior Corporate Travel Consultant role?
- Corporate travel industry experience required
- GDS knowledge- Sabre experience is essential
- Tech savvy, with an interest in corporate travel technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
