 The role

We're on the hunt for a new face to help manage our parks at Karratha/Balmoral.  Your responsibilities will be primarily focused on administrative front office management. This is not just a job, it's a lifestyle choice!   

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Front Office management - all aspects
  • Management of guests accounts, forward bookings and reservations
  • Park Operations, organisation and participation, including out of hours responsibilities
  • Staff management, team development and training
  • Financial management - operating, reporting, delivering and implementing budgets
  • Maximising revenue opportunities

What we're looking for

  • Great people and relationship building skills
  • Management experience within hospitality or a customer service focused environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proven and demonstrated experience in managing, developing and training staff
  • Strong computer skills, especially in the MS Office suite
  • A good understanding of yield management
  • Good business networking experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of WHS and responsibilities
  • Previous experience with RMS or similar reservations systems
