Experienced Thai cook needed to join our team

The main things that you would be doing include:

• Maintain and update knowledge of Thai culinary traditions
• Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation
• Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies
• Menu planning, working with the head chef and other staff
• Setting up work stations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• keep a sanitised and orderly environment in the kitchen

We’re looking for candidates with the following attributes:

• Able to work full time
• Experience in Thai cooking
• Creative, and passionate about food and providing high standards of food service
• Positive attitude and ability to work under high pressure
• Must be able to work as a team and able to work unsupervised
