Our independently owned tavern is seeking a qualified hands on Head Chef to join the team.
This position will ideally suit someone with a desire to be part of a growing team and a business that is going forward.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, hands on, be a great team leader & communicator with a passion for food. Excellent organisation skills are a must for this role.
The key responsibilities of this position include:

Ability to work to wages budgets

Confidence in developing & costing menus

Effectively manage food costs and KPI's

Able to manage staff, recruitment and rosters

Abiding by food safety regulations HACCP
