Our venue and brand has grown so rapidly in the past 6 months and we are on the hunt for new team members. We are looking for a head chef to run the kitchen and daily running of the kitchen. We are also looking for sous chefs willing to make the next step into a more senior role. Apprentices are also welcome to apply and will be interviewed if they have prior experience in the industry and a love for food.

Must be experienced in the following:

Fast paced high volume restaurants 200 covers plus
(Head chef only) understanding of COGS, ordering, supplier relations, training etc.
Energetic and work harmonious within the team
trade qualifications minimum 1 year
