Roche Group is currently seeking a permanent full-time dedicated hospitality professional to join as Duty Manager of their iconic Harrigan’s Drift Inn Calypso Bay in Jacobs Well.  This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining a culture, structure and ambience within Harrigan’s that is competitive, profitable and continues the history of success this business has experienced in the past.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience working in a similar role with knowledge of TAB, Keno and Poker Machine operating and reconciling.
• A proven track record of successfully growing and maintaining a customer base.
• The ability to successfully lead, train and develop a team to achieve the very best in service and standards.
• Be competent in all operational aspects of the hospitality/liquor industry with sound food knowledge.
• Self-motivated and task driven with strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
• Be knowledgeable on the QLD liquor licensing requirements.
• Work well under pressure, with the ability to multitask.
• Experience in managing costs, controlling expenditure and driving revenue.
• Current RSA and RCG.
