We are now looking to recruit exceptional talent to be part of creating this exciting new hotel experience.
QT Melbourne is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager who will embody the personality of this hotel with a sense of style and be responsible for the front of house restaurant operations.
What we need:
Minimum 2 years' experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager is a must have!
Excellent food and wine knowledge
Fine dining and high volume restaurant background
Natural leader with the ability to multi task
Positive attitude and an electric personality
Articulate and confident
Problem solving and ability to resolve guest issues
Impeccably groomed and presented professionally
True team leader, willing to take initiative!
