Daily duties for this corporate travel consultant position
- Provide the highest levels of service for clients servicing their corporate travel requests
- Creating complex itineraries for demanding corporate travellers
- Manage all aspects of travel bookings including domestic and international flights, hotels, conference rooms, rail, passports, visas and all other travel requirements.
- Using both published and nett fare contracts.
- Issue tickets and read fare rules for amendments and refunds.
Skills we are looking for in this corporate travel consultant role:
- Currently in a travel consultant role in Australia
- Knowledge of CRS system
- Good Fares & Ticketing knowledge
