You will:

The right candidate will have:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager in an a la carte casual dining restaurant
• Previous experience leading a team of 15 or more staff in a similar high pace, high volume setting
• Exposure and understanding of KPIs, budgets and waste management
• Effective time management and organisational skills
