An opportunity now awaits an individual to take on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), reporting directly to and supporting the Chief Executive Officer. This is truly an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest, most successful and certainly most unique Club businesses in Australia. Facilities across the company include: a 3000+ member Fitness Centre; Multiple Food Outlets; a 90-place Early Childhood Centre, as well as providing a shopping, medical and family entertainment precinct through reputable partners. The Revesby Workers' Club group of businesses is extensive and continually expanding, which translates to an exciting opportunity for a COO to come on board and oversee all operations with a focus on food, beverage and projects. Key to the success of this role will be the provision of excellence in leadership.  

You will be motivated to ensure the continued success of Revesby Workers' Club whilst leading an established and successful executive team. Being strategically minded with the ability to align the Club's corporate mission and goals to their long-term operating efficiencies, you will provide sound leadership whilst assisting the CEO to report on results and strategy across all areas.  You will be included in key decisions with the CEO, Chief Financial Officer and Board of Directors and your input into decisions will be encouraged and valued.  You will be asked to manage projects and work efficiently and cooperatively with the CEO at all times.  You will be asked to oversee the organisation and its people in the absence of the CEO. Your behaviours will align with those of a humanistic, consultative, encouraging and motivating leader. You will be respectful of your team and those you report to. You will be a person who is polite, attentive, honest and produce results with your teams.   You must always apply a strong moral compass in all your decision making, and consequently represent the organisation with your exemplary behaviours and reflect the ethos of the company as evidenced by your actions.  This is one of the key roles within the company!   

As Chief Operating Officer you will be responsible for the coordination of the operations and be accountable for the overall profitability of those operational activities. The successful applicant must be degree qualified, have a successful track record in management and leadership and have strong understanding of the key drivers in the success of Food and Beverage.

• Clubs Memorandum and Articles of Association
• Customer Service Principles
• New technologies to drive better decision-making and major process improvements
• WHS

You will also bring excellent:          

• Management experience at a senior level
• Financial management/reporting and analysis skills
• Strategic planning and resource management skills
• Leadership and motivational skills
• Communication skills at all levels across oral, written, presentation
• Co-ordination and organisation skills
