We are seeking an experienced, energetic, customer oriented Floor Supervisor for Opera Kitchen at the iconic Sydney Opera House.

The successful applicant must have:
- A passion for the hospitality industry
- An understanding of service in a fast passed environment
- A love for people
- A keen commitment to customer satisfaction through excellence in service
- Good communicator
- Ability to work independently but also be supportive of others on the team
- Ability to drive sales and customers into the Restaurant
- Have good record of experience in the industry as a Floor Manager or Head Waiter
- Maintain our welcoming environment that will continue to appeal to our vast array of clients
- Exercise some original thought in achieving desired outcomes
- Maintaining a positive approach to handling customer service and public relations on the whole
- Able to work on a 7 day flexible roster
