We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning team at The Old Woolstore Apartment Hotel as a full-time Guest Services Manager (GSM).  This newly created position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the oversight and management of all Front Office, Reservations and Housekeeping operations.  Working closely with our Executive Housekeeper and Duty Managers as part of the hotel Operations Management Group, the GSM will be responsible for ensuring the effective administration of our accommodation operations and the motivation of these teams. 

Our GSM will be accountable for meeting a variety of departmental KPIs that include wages, cost of goods sold and guest satisfaction targets.  Oversight of rostering is a key element of this diverse role which also requires active participation in our revenue and reputation management, approach to Workplace Health & Safety and Emergency Control Organisation activities.

Experience in customer service, reservations and housekeeping operations is essential and a demonstrable commitment to continual improvement will be well regarded. The GSM is a salaried position, working as part of a roster that provides seven-day coverage to suit the seasonal requirements of the hotel.
